The Astronauts

from When It's Gone by Johan Troch (Songs)

about

written, performed and produced by Johan Troch

lyrics

The astronauts are coming, in their spacecrafts this far
They are searching for answers, out in the open, the sky is the limit, they are trained to think so
They are here to discover, in the name of science, no lies are permitted
Let's remove some frontiers, and explore the universe

Let us hope they succeed, in what the're looking for
No failure permitted

Is the money well spend, for all that travelling
Are there no other priorities
For the wellness of mankind, to feed poor children
To provide homes for the homeless
What about our own planet, shouldn't we first take care of her
To clean up the mess we've made
